WHO WE ARE
Timiza Malengo Organization (TMO) Timiza Malengo Organization (TMO) is a youth serving non-governmental organization dedicated to community empowerment and development through the cultivation of skills development. It was officially registered 2019 to impart communities with key practical solutions as learn by doing, skills and knowledge within economic empowerment strategies and interventions, entrepreneurship skills, capacity building trainings and programs, behavioral change and mindset transformation to influence a well-organized and centered community over all affairs by uplifting them from day to day socio-economic based solutions. This is due to repeatedly challenges that have been heard from year to years acting as roadblocks, hence result to increased unemployment rates, financial dependence, discriminative norms, systems and inferiority mindsets to communities.

To work and inspire community in which every Tanzanian youth attain the power to be self-independent and reliant for self-employment, engage, develop and collaborate.
OUR MISSION
Running programs and projects that focus on enhancing knowledge, skilling development, re-skilling and practical training skills for achieving immediate and everlasting changes to communities.
Our strategic objectives
- To conduct and run capacity building trainings and programs among the needy groups by initiating and sharing skills, knowledge and education for better understanding
- To engage the community in advocacy and communication with relevant stakeholders on the importance of supporting the needy group and sharing available resources and opportunities.
- To build partnership and collaboration with financial institutions, government funds, youth and women’s associations to support, promote and design projects for the lifelong running and generating daily income.
- To establish and run vocational training center in order to provide practical and development skills to a needy community member in enabling them to be employed or self-employed
